Tigers Open Spring Break Trip With Three SCAC Matches

The Colorado College tennis teams embark on their 2026 spring break trip this week, with each team playing eight matches in nine days, including three SCAC matches from March 13-15.

The Schedule

Both teams will face SCAC foes Schreiner (March 13, Texas Lutheran (March 14) and Concordia (March 15), this weekend in Texas.

The men will then travel to California for five matches, while the women will play two more matches in Texas, including one against 12th-ranked Trinity, before playing three matches in California next week.

Last Time Out

The teams played a pair of matches in Grand Junction, Colo., on Saturday, Feb. 28. The men battled Division II Colorado Mesa twice, falling 4-3 in a countable match, and 5-2 in an exhibition.

The women, meanwhile, fell to Division I Utah Tech, 6-1, and DII Colorado Mesa, 5-2.

Women Ranked No. 36 in the Country

The women 's team was ranked 34th in the country in the ITA Preseason Division III rankings and are 36th currently following the March 4 poll.

Following their spring break trip, CC will host and SCAC match against the University of the Ozarks on Friday, March 27, at Lifetime Fitness, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
