The Islamabad-born Aussie is an experienced top-order batter. Usman Khawaja will join the RawalPindiz franchise for their maiden PSL appearance.

He replaces Laurie Evans, who was initially picked for Rs. 1.1 crore in the historic PSL 11 player auction but later withdrew from the tournament.

Rawalpindiz head into their debut PSL season with a well-rounded squad featuring a strong mix of experience and emerging talent.

The batting unit is led by captain Mohammad Rizwan alongside Usman Khawaja, with additional support from Yasir Khan, Abdullah Fazal, and Shahzaib Khan.

Their all-round department includes the versatile Daryl Mitchell, Amad Butt, Kamran Ghulam, Dian Forrester, and Cole McConchie, while Rizwan is joined by Sam Billings in the wicketkeeping role.
