“Took a little break to reset and recharge… Turns out, we’ve been planning the cutest comeback ever.”

With this post in social media, Tunisian tennis star Ons Jabeur announced she is expecting her first child in April 2026.

“The court will have to wait a little longer… because soon we’ll be welcoming our tiniest teammate”, shared Ons and his partner Karim Kamoun on Instagram.

"Baby boy joining the team in April," they added.

With a tiny racket and a cute baby bodysuit designed with mini rackets and a small Wimbledon logo, the happy couple shared the news with their fans.

This news comes after her decision in July 2025 to step back from the tour in order to recharge and recover from injuries.

A three-time Olympian, Jabeur made history by becoming the first Arab and African woman to reach a Grand Slam final: twice in Wimbledon (2022 and 2023) and one in the US Open (2023).

Nicknamed, “The Minister of Happiness”, the 31-year-old and former World No.2, has won five WTA singles titles.
