A woman suing Cricket Tasmania over sexual harassment allegations – which include being sent a lewd photo by former Australian Test captain Tim Paine – has seen her case thrown out of court for failing to meet a deadline.Ex-Cricket Tasmania receptionist Renee Ferguson sued her former employer, seeking an apology and about $900,000 in damages, over allegations she was sexually harassed by four of her colleagues.Renee Ferguson, right, working at the Golden Square Hotel in Bendigo in 2020. Paine, who was to play in an Ashes Test match on the day he sent the photograph, stood down as captain of the team in 2021 over the scandal.Cricket Tasmania has rejected Ferguson’s allegations and claimed the exchanges were consensual.
