Australian batter Beth Mooney has completed 3,000 runs in WODI cricket. Mooney reached the landmark in the opening match against India at Brisbane's Allan Border Field on Tuesday. The Aussie batter attained the feat with her third run of the match. She went on to score a match-winning 76*. Notably, Mooney is the seventh batter with 3,000 WODI runs for Australia.

The game saw Healy and Beth Mooney scoring fifties to help Australia chase down the 215-run target in just 38.2 overs. While Healy scored a quick 50 off 70 balls, Mooney remained unbeaten on 76 off 79 deliveries. The latter, who batted at four, smashed five fours and a couple of sixes during her stay.
